About Dominic Erbacher

Dominic Erbacher is a young pianist from Australia who has been playing since he was 4 years old. He is now 17 and is now studying Classical Piano Performance at the QLD Conservatorium in Brisbane. He has completed all piano examinations with the AMEB up until Grade 8, achieving a High Distinction. Piano has been his passion from a very young age with all of his siblings learning piano. Dominic operates a YouTube channel which showcases some of his performances. He is a budding piano teacher and performer, having won many competitions, bursaries, including first prize at the Charles & Motee Rogers Memorial Piano Bursary, and winning the James Melville-Clark Memorial Piano Scholarship.

With his studies at the QLD Conservatorium, Dominic hopes to tour the world, showcasing his performance skills. He will be hosting his debut solo recital in Brisbane during 2019.

Dominic has been performing in competitions since he was 12 years old. He has won many first prizes and distinctions. He has been doing piano exams with the AMEB since he was approximately 6 years old and has never achieved anything than an award of Honours. Dominic will be completing his A.Mus.A. in early 2020 and his L.Mus.A. in 2021. He will graduate from the QLD Conservatorium with his Bachelor degree in 2021.

Dominic is now teaching piano privately on the side of his studies and is accepting new students.
